The List

So anybody that’s watched Friends, knows about The List. It’s from the episode where Ross has a shot at Isabella Rossellini, but blows it because he laminated his list (after first removing her name).

The gist of it is that a couple each get a list of five celebrities that are “freebies”. If you ever actually meet one of the people on your list, you can try a hook up with no repercussions from your partner.

We use it mostly just as a joke and a way to find out who friends/spouses/squeezes find attractive.

The hubby’s list is something like:

1. Salma Hayek
2. Anjelina Jolie
3. dunno (he’s having problems remembering the rest)
4. dunno
5. dunno

Mine tends to fluctuate, but it looks something like this right now:

1. Gilby Clarke (cause, when that man starts playing a guitar, mmmm, baby)
2. The Rock (damn, that personality and those tattoos)
3. Vin Diesel (but really it’s Riddick)
4. Jason Mommoa (but really it’s Ronon Dex)
5. Karl Urban (the actor, not the singer – with the long hair, please)

I was watching From Dusk Til Dawn earlier tonight, and it made me think of the list, so I thought I’d do a post….
